Reward Structure: How You Earn
The point value depends on which IndusInd card you hold
IndusInd sets the Reward Point value per card, and splits it by redemption type — non-cash redemptions are worth more than cash:
| Card | Non-cash | Cash |
|---|---|---|
| Iconia, Signature Visa | **₹0.75** | ₹0.50 |
| Platinum Visa, Master, Select, RuPay | ₹0.60 | ₹0.40 |
| Platinum Aura | **₹0.35** | not published |
Two IndusInd cardholders earning the same number of points do not hold the same value — a point is more than twice as valuable on Iconia as on Platinum Aura. Every percentage in this review uses the card's own non-cash rate, which is the maximum IndusInd publishes.
| Spend | Effective rate |
|---|---|
| Everything else | 0.0% |
| Fuel, rent, wallet loads, government, gaming | **0%** |
This card is discontinued
IndusInd names it among the discontinued products in its MITC, so it is closed to new applicants. It is reviewed here because existing cardholders still hold it and IndusInd's fee and charge schedule still applies to them.
What this review cannot tell you
IndusInd publishes no per-rupee earn rate for this card. Its product page describes the rewards in words — typically 'a credit card that allows you to earn rewards faster and helps you redeem them as per your convenience' — and gives no figure.
Several of IndusInd's premium card pages run to under 5KB and carry marketing prose only. For cards with joining fees between ₹15,000 and ₹1,00,000, that is strikingly little disclosure.
The underlying data records the rate as unknown rather than zero, and flags it, so an automated comparison excludes the card rather than ranking it last on a figure never established.
IndusInd's fee model is a one-time joining fee, not an annual one
This is easy to misread. Legend (₹5,000), Nexxt (₹10,000), Platinum RuPay (₹10,000), Pinnacle (₹15,000) and Pioneer Legacy (₹50,000) all charge a substantial joining fee and then nil every year after. A renewal fee of ₹0 on those cards is a published fact, not missing data.
The cards that do charge annually — Pioneer Heritage and Pioneer Private ₹25,000, Crest and Indulge ₹10,000, Indus Solitaire ₹10,000, Celesta ₹5,000 — waive it on ₹10 lakh of spend in the last anniversary year.
Foreign currency markup, by card
| Cards | Markup |
|---|---|
| **Pioneer Heritage, Pioneer Private, Indus Solitaire** | **Waived — 0%** |
| Tiger; Avios at preferred destinations | 1.5% |
| Legend, Club Vistara Explorer, Indulge, paid Pioneer Legacy | 1.8% |
| Everything else, and complimentary Pioneer Legacy cards | 3.5% |
Charges
The revolving rate is set per card and the spread is the widest in this dataset — from 1.79% a month on Indulge to 3.95% on the Platinum family, Legend, Samman, CRED and Jio-bp.
Late payment was revised on 15 June 2026 and the new ladder is cheaper in the middle bands: nil up to ₹100, ₹100 to ₹500, ₹350 to ₹1,000, ₹550 to ₹10,000, ₹800 to ₹25,000, ₹1,100 to ₹50,000, ₹1,300 above. The old ladder charged ₹500, ₹600, ₹750 and ₹900 across those middle bands. Waived entirely on Club Vistara Explorer, Pioneer Private and Pioneer Heritage.
Over-limit is 2.5% (minimum ₹500), returned payments ₹250, cash advance 2.5% (minimum ₹300) — the last waived on eight cards including Indulge, both Pioneers, Avios and Samman.
Card replacement is ₹100 on most cards, but ₹500 on Pioneer Heritage, ₹1,000 on Crest and ₹5,000 on Indulge and Pioneer Private.
Category Restrictions: Where You Won't Earn

| Late payment | REVISED EFFECTIVE 15 JUNE 2026, and the new ladder is cheaper in the middle bands than the one it replaced. Current: nil up to ₹100; ₹100 for ₹101–₹500; ₹350 for ₹501–₹1,000; ₹550 for ₹1,001–₹10,000; ₹800 for ₹10,001–₹25,000; ₹1,100 for ₹25,001–₹50,000; ₹1,300 above ₹50,000. |

GST on the surcharge is borne by the cardholder. | | Card replacement | ₹100 on most cards. ₹500 on Pioneer Heritage, ₹1,000 on Crest, ₹5,000 on Indulge and Pioneer Private, nil on Club Vistara Explorer, and not applicable on ePay Amex. | | Add-on card | Nil across the range. Pioneer Private issues only one add-on card. | | GST | 18% on all fees, interest and charges. |
Is the InterMiles IndusInd Bank Voyage Visa Credit Card Worth It?
base_reward_rate_percent IS 0 BUT THE RATE IS UNKNOWN, NOT ZERO. ANY CONSUMER RANKING CARDS MUST READ _unknown_fields FIRST.
THIS CARD IS DISCONTINUED. IndusInd names it among the discontinued products in its MITC, so it is closed to new applicants. reward_to_inr_value IS 0.40 FOR INTERMILES AND THAT IS AN ESTIMATE. InterMiles publishes no fixed rupee rate; a mile's worth depends on the redemption. The same ₹0.40 constant is used for InterMiles across this dataset.
